Lost my account

Hey, guys! I kinda have a big problem! I haven't played on Warmane for like a year and wanted to get back. But I lost my account and tried all the methods to get it back. I submitted to recover my username and password back, i tried it on both of my mails, as I was not sure which of them I used and still nothing. What can I do in this sense to get my account back? I had a 80-lvl Priest on it and a 80-lvl DK on it
