I can't resurrect

Hello, while I was playing on the Icecrown server, i died, but cant revive. My characters body is just lying on the graveyard, I cant move it, i cant even use the spirit healer to revive. The usual 1 HP thats left when you "die" and become a ghost, is also 0.I tried to teleport home but no luck. Funny thing, I technically entered a dungeon,but nothing changed.
Can someone please help me, thank you.

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

i dont have such option "free"
