Payement problems

My friend who live in Canada wants to make me a donation to avoid being in queue, but everytime he tries, your site is blocking his payement ... Any help would be appreciated, i would really love to solve this problem.

Same problem occurred today in Serbia, two friends of mine tried, they can buy with the card and pay other stuff on the internet, but not here. "Card is not validated" or something like that, they don't get the confirmation code on their phones that needs to be inserted to confirm the payment.

Any hints?
