General Concern STV Fishing Event

For the STV Fishing Event, there is a lot of player killing, which is obviously part of the game and I have no problem with it. But when I'm trying to fish for the fishing hat and I'm getting camped by 3-4 players it is IMPOSSIBLE to even have a chance of getting the Lucky Fishing Hat. With this being said, I don't want to take time out of my schedule to have an opportunity to obtain the Lucky Fishing Hat. Therefore, the Lucky Fishing Hat should be a donated item AS WELL as for those who wish to farm it. This is the 4th week where I have been camped.

Make the Lucky Fishing Hat a donated item.

Getting the Lucky Fishing Hat has always basically required a group of friends to help. You're either gonna get camped by your competition's friends (on PVP) or your competition's friends will be fishing the pools to deny your catch (on PVE).
