guild bank stolen

excuse me the reason for my ticket is because yesterday a friend of nick Basuko pj was hacked sending the respective complaint but the user who handled his pj who had access to the bank of our guild stolen all items what can we do in this situation ?. thanks for the reply.

Nothing, you are not getting your items back, they wont "refund" them. Just move on.

You can be more careful with who has what access and make sure people don't share accounts with "friends".
