Download the regular "wotlk old" client (maybe you already have it?) then drop this .app folder in it

Having said that, what you mention is a problem with your torrent client.
I'm not sure if you are right. I was trying transmission and BitTorrent. I downloaded even WotLK old for windows but there are no seeds, so I can't download anything.
Maybe we can check it together?
Then you have a problem with your connection or something, because that's definitely not normal.

You know, I tried it one more time from another Wi-Fi connection (wotlk old windows) and seems it's fine.
