Hello, i have bought 30 euros of coins without receiving any coin. The Email confirmation arrived but money is still in my bank account, now when I try to donate, it says that my payment method is blocked.
What can I do? Any help?

If it said that the transaction was successful, make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected]
The transaction might be listed as pending by your bank. Some banks don't deduct pending amount from available balance that they show.
