Whats solo que on armory???

I saw same today and ı want to know what is that please

Solo que is an in game feature which allows u to que for 3v3 arena without being in a group. U can solo que for arena and it will pair u with a healer and dps if u are a dps

and it's only for Blackrock.

How so? Blackrock is tournament realm with tons of custom changes like gear vendors and so on, it make since for it to have something like custom solo queue 3s bracket. Lordearon and Icecrown on other hand are Blizzlike, so they are trying to have as less custom changes as possible.
