People with 20 coin Engineering

Yo, I've been asking around for people with the bought engineering on trade and global chat for weeks now, I can't seem to find anyone who has it. I was hoping someone in game could link it to me. I'm getting rather desperate and I just wanted to find out if the Ultra-Spectropic Detection Goggles are on the list. I need someone to confirm this for me cause I've been looking everywhere. If its possible to get in contact too that'd be so helpful. I'm usually on "Quet" @Icecrown.

I found the recipe recently. I thought it was bugged inititally cause I camped the shop for atleast 5 hours and it didnt pop up so I just assumed it was bugged. Got it this time tho.
