considering paladin and dk aren't specially strong in MOP, 99% chance of wotlk topic.
Hunter and mage can be decent imo, but if paladin has pilars he don't gonna lose.
With los involved and only in that situation feral is ok, but he has the upperhand (paladin) and you have to lame a lot.
vs Paladin with los: retri are bugged and broken as hell, with los abuse it's kinda hard for most classes, imo the only classes who can really beat them in this situation are an ele sham, a boomy (way better than feral vs pala imo), or an exceptional and aggressive arms warr.
vs Paladin in open with no los : Basically every ranged works fine, as said before hunter and mage will do good, frost mage can't really lose that.
vs DK : you can beat them with most classes with enough effort, the best ones are probably a retri and a hunter.
