Bought an item to a wrong character.

I've bought an item to a wrong character using points. Can i transfer that item to the correct character?

there's no support for the point shop. if you meant coins you can go to https://www.warmane.com/account/support and open a ticket.

So, when i make a mistake i cannot get it fixed if its bought with points?

That's unfortunate. This is flat out saying to people : "Pay us or we don't care."

It doesn't flat out say that in any sort of way for several reasons.
It's point shop - they gain nothing from it. Voting every day does nothing for them, it's just a way for you to gain free points. They abandoned the old vote way years ago where you had to manually visit every vote page and vote for Warmane.
Coins get them money and that's why there's support for them.
Besides, vote point items aren't of great enough value for them to invest in support for the point shop.

People should pay closer attention before agreeing to buy things with no refund policy.
