how to restore old account?

i used to have level 80 hunter i played alot

i think this user was removed because i was inactive for some time

i opened a new account from the same mail

i tried to open support ticket but only catagory i can chose is ban appeal

and it doesnt let me send the ticket if i dont have ban , or dont pick a catagory...

what to do?

please help

if the characters not showing up in game you can try the character restoration option on the website. if its' not shown there then it's gone for good.
