Bad textures from the in-game characters

Hello, i downloaded the game by using the forum download function, when i open the game, all the characters from the game, have bad graphics, like for example, the tauren, show to me with green horns, and all the face characterist appear like with scars, im leaving some photos here to show you, please help me.
