Crusader's Pinnacle bugged

Hello,

I think that the zone "Crusaders' Pinnacle" (in icecrown) is bugged for me. I have the quest "Tirion's Help" which is supposed to be turned in here, but there are no NPCs here for me. Also, when I go on my alt accounts to visit this zone, there is a building next to the tent, which doesn't exist on my main, and so when i fly through the place where the building is meant to be, it looks like i am clipping through a building on my alts. I was wondering if anyone could help?

Update: Ignore this post. I did not realise there was a chain quest to unlock this zone which was bugged a while back but now works.
