Two factor authentication removal issue

Hello,
I can't log in to my account because I lost my two factor authentication key and I have a new mobile.
When I tried to remove two factor authenticaion, the browser showed me this error:

Can somebody help me?

Maybe you're pressing the Enter key in the form instead of clicking the green submit button. I remember that form bugs if you press the Enter key.
