Your account has to be premium in order to sell characters on marketplace.

So "premium" means what ? I need to spend money to sell my account ? :D

Not really lame. Other features, such as que skipping, are also available only after you've donated. Why not spend $10 to help the devs make the game (that you're playing) a better place? I never spend money on apps for my phone, but this is the one place I decided to donate. Glad I did.

Just imagine the spam on global chatt (-WTS MY TOON Blahblahblah -HUGE wall of text-) if everyone would be able to sell their characters.
