Ain't gonna happen buddy, sorry to say but every guild that does naxxramas, ulduar etc all have best geared character clearing it like nothing.
And the pug community rarely do Naxxramas and Ulduar at all since most people never set their foot inside those raids, 99% of all players go spam FOS and POS 5man dungeons as soon as they dinged 80 and then jump straight to TOC 10/25man and ICC
