Actually I think this could be considered gameplay disrupting if they do it repeatedly, like one thing is to camp players but another one is to do that. But that's just my oppinion.
Being a pvp server, I don't think that killing those npcs counts as gameplay disruption. Otherwise, camping someone's corpse should also count as gameplay disruption (which it doesn't)
Well, it turns out killing Quest NPC's is against the rules, and bannable. Disrupting gameplay, 2-7 days ban. Just wish GM's would be abit more proactive with the bans.
