Deleted Character

Back when the server was called MoltenWow, I had some characters and I had donated to the server. I was just wondering that if since the server has switched over to Warmane, if these characters and donator status were recoverable? GM in game told me to make a ticket on the website. This is the only ticket I see to make.

The characters were lost, we all had to start fresh. The ticket the GM refereed you to is in My Accounnt> Support. Dont expect much tho.
