My Pseudoname was refused

I'm trying to creat my first name in the game as "Maximius", but it was rejected under claim that it was already taken.
The problem is that the only taken name in the server is "Maximus" not the one i'm trying to get (without the i)
Please can you help me to fix that issue, thank you in advance for your assist.

When you delete a character, it's name is stored for 30 days after deletion.
Your only option is to wait, either for an inactivity clean up or when it becomes available.
Edit: which realm are you referring to? I just checked armory and it's taken on both Lord and Icecrown
