i would like to know if the t9 pieces are worth (x2 or x4) , stat prio , gems, any tips you can give

decent dps in bis, dps blood dk dmg is generally low
You can certainly try.
It's easy to go from Blood DPS to Frost DPS, gear wise that is. All you need is to get 2 x 1 handed melee weapons (slow speed).
So if you're BDK tanking, consider rolling yourself some FDK weapons as OS as well.

Most Blood DKs dont know this, so read carefully and multiple times if needed, it will increase your DPS by A LOT 100%!
