accidentally deleted my ashen verdict ring

hello good day, im having a problem switching my ashen verdict ring into a tank ring. i have a friendly rep in ashen verdict, when i enter icc i cant click it on and change it on the npc. and then i accidentally drop/deleted my ashen verdcit ring. is there any other way of getting it back ? thank you for your time reading this. god bless and good day.

and if the way is to create ticket. lmao im newbie. i dunno where to find it. please give me some link. appreciated.
