Icecrown - Roxi Ramrocket

Hello, I guess this is more of a question than anything. Is there something wrong with Roxi Ramrocket and the Elementium Plated Exhaust that they sell? I have sat here for the past 4 hours now with my purchase window open but the item doesnt seem to be spawning on them. I checked all sources about the npc and the timer is said to be 1 hour with as little as 5 min respawn.

Is this different here or broken? I checked AH and there isnt any on there, I asked a few other players and they have said they have been checking every hour to see if this spawns but after 4 hours of sitting here I cant see that it just hasnt spawned unless the npc is bugged.

It has fixed respawn time. Some people know when exactly it will spawn and will get it in less than a second if they are online. It will not show up on vendor window if you keep it open. It will only show up if it's in stock the moment you open vendor window.

Thank you for the reply, however I dont see that as possible. I get that leaving the window open may not allow the item to show, however I sat here for another 3 hours, closing and opening the NPC chat/buy window and nothing is showing. There has not been a single person that has visited the npc while I have been here.

It could be a stealthed druid or rogue. I have not heard anything about the pipes for a few months but what I described is exactly how it was working for at least 1-2 years before that. They know the exact moment it will spawn so they could log in shortly before it and stay stealthed near the NPC for only a few seconds.

Talking to a vendor breaks stealth so it could not be a rogue/druid buying it out.
