Contact paymentwall support or use a prepaid method like mint, mint always worked fine, credit cards are not going well with paymentwall.
It worked well for me with a prepaid credit card on my 5 first account.
At the 6th one it stopped working and they ask me to provide a picture of my driver license/credit card.....
Its prepaid .... not like you can scam them with it or anything.
I hope they are gonna fix this soon because I need to donate for a 10 box.
