[ANSWERED]Is this correct?

So a guy is telling that the coins I will get from selling a character, cannot be spent on buying another character or sending portion of these coins as a gift? Is this correct or not? Like if I sell character for 100 coins, I will not be able to send 50 coins to a friend or buy another char for 30 coins (for example) in the next 72 hours.

After you sell your character for the first 72 hours the coins will be locked, afterwards you should have no problem spending them as you wish.
