Macro Shortening Tips

I'm still fairly basic with macros and don't quite know all the tips and tricks. I'm finding that I have more buttons that I want to make than macro slots available so I'm trying to combine them but with only 255 characters its tough.

I understand I may not be able to fit this all in 1 macro and will probably have to cut some out, but could anyone with more knowledge let me know if I can shorten these in any way.
