Every time I reopen the game, I have to go through the cinematic and change the resolution. Is there a way to keep it from happening every time I relaunch the game?

Every time I reopen the game, I have to go through the cinematic and change the resolution. Is there a way to keep it from happening every time I relaunch the game?
right click game folder, click properties, uncheck read only, click apply.
