Characters missing

Greetings!
I reactivate my account and find out that all my characters are gone pls help me

If someone has logged on your account and deleted your characters in last 30 days, they can be restored in Services > Character Restoration.

Otherwise you can make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected] to find out what happened to your characters and if they can be restored.

Thanks!!! at the time tickets are not avaiable. I dont think someone hack me, my accounts were inactive a long time, so now im crying for my missing toons

Only premium accounts can create support tickets on website. You can send an email to [email protected] instead.

Did you log in game to check if your characters are there? If you have been inactive for more than a year, your characters might have lost their names during inactivity cleanup and won't show up on website.

Yes i did log, and no all my accounts are empty, no characters at all, Im really sad...
