Where to farm greens for my mog?

Hi

I've been trying to farm the following two items (on Frostwolf) for my tansmog:

and

WoWhead suggested Felwood mobs, but I haven't had any luck. Any ideas where I should look?

A buddy found the boots in the Hinterlands (strangle place considering zone level). No luck on the chest yet though...
