So my problem is that whenever I close the game and re-open it, I have to accept terms and conditions again, log-in again and also set my graphic setting to high again. The game does not remember me doing this stuff when I re-open it.

Try removing your WTF folder (make a backup first), open the game and after you login close it by Escape-> Exit Game and not alt f4.
