Trading System

Hello
When i try to put on of my characters in the Trading System it tell me "You are not eligible to sell characters in the trading system."
Even tho i'm a premium member
Can anyone tell why?

how much have you donated and how many Coins did you get?

So i there a minimum amount I have to donate in order to use this feature ...
I read I only have to be premium member to use it ...
I only have 2 coins now.

if I remeber correctly you need to donate at least 10 euro/dollars (which awards 10 Coins) to sell on Trade.

I am not 100% sure tho.

10 coins - min, then you can only use trade, you have to donate for 10 coins at least, good luck

He donated so he should be able to use trade to sell his characters it doesn't matter the amount (cause the minimum is 10euros anyways).

Some regions and methods have a lower minimum.

I don't have access to a full list, I just know the mobile donations had something like a 2 coin option, though I can't seem to access any mobile options from the US anymore.

Could it be that you have too little coins on your account? So when the char sells the Warmane cut takes more than you have on your account?

Or that might fetch him a different reply from the server..

The cut is taken from the sale if it happens, it isn't a deposit.

i think i got it, do you have Two-Factor authentication active? if not, you may activate it for at least 3 days before using trading system.
