What item do you have in mind? Maybe I can help since admins rarely deal in those kinds of things.
Check the bugtracker maybe the item or the quest is bugged.
It was the leather pants off the end boss of utgarde keep.
an admin wouldn't help you with that even if you did contact them. better luck next time.
