Donation, Premium Account Problem

I've encountered a problem with donation, when this afternoon (GMT+1 19.11.05) I've donated 10$ and I haven't received an email about the donation, but it still removed money from my bank account, and this afternoon I've had the premium account, but now it's gone.

I bought Purchased item Sharpened Twilight Scale for 23 coins 4 days ago.
Can i change that item with Deathbringer's Will 277 ilvl which same amounth of coin same character name Whitegun.

You can usually file an item misbuy within a day but it's been 4 days for you so probably not gonna happen.
Also, I'd recommend sticking to STS, you're gonna kill DBS way easier than Halion.
