Bladeborn Leggings vs Legplates of Painful Death

Hi guys,
I'm getting near the arp cap and I consider buying BoE legs. I'm 1-2k gold away from both so I want to ask which would be better, since I saw Bladeborn Leggings listed as non-hc bis in some guide I found on google. But yet I've seen no warrior with Bladeborn Leggings in-game.

I would go for boe legs only if you are playing Orc. All other races are better off with set legs. (because otherwise its pretty difficult to cap expertise)

Orc (because they get free expertise with SM) bis should be with icc 25hc mail legs (Leggings of Northern Lights). Bladeborn leggings might be alternative, but a bit worse.
