Where is my characteres and my coins?

Hello,

I was offline since middle 2018.

Now I had installed the client again and I can't find my character lv. 80 on icecrown and my coins that i had donated in past.

What happened?

If you go on My Account > view full history, you can see where the coins went. Have you actually logged in to the realm? When you don't play for a while, characters lose their names and you don't see them until you get in to the realm and re name them.
If all above fails, open a support ticket in My Account > Support

I was able to retrieve my account, however all my level 80 characters are gone including the coins donated. I have already made a ticket but til now no reply from admin or dev.

Any advice?
