Locked out of account due to password reset

I have an alt account that I have been locked out of due to the password being reset. I don’t remember the email I set this account up with or the password for the email. I remember the account name and password before the password was reset and can tell you the lvl 80 class and specs for the account. I have emailed info@warmane and have had no response what can I do ?

generally a few days. last time i sent them an email i believe it was 4ish.
