Banned for Advertising

My account has been banned for 6 mounts for Advertising, the problem is that im well aweared of ToS and I havent Advertised anything at all. Also I'm unable to make ban appeal ticked. So please at least show me where or what I have Advertised, because I'm sure its a mistake.
