Backstory:
So my ban appeal was responded to but I've went through the process of getting banned without any information as to why "breaking tos" 2 words.
Then the appeal is answered and I still don't know why as the response literally was only 2 links, 1 to tos, other to warmane rules, and I've read absolutely everything that has to do with both and I've abided by them all.

Also the response says the ban was lifted but I'm still banned, like lol wut? Do I have to wait x amount of time?

Question:
1, rant kinda). So what do I do to prove my innocence and get my account unbanned? Was it unbanned and I have to wait a certain amount of time? I don't even know the slightest clue as to why my account was banned and the responder to my ticket gave me no information in regards to the ban, and said the ban was lifted, however I'm still currently banned. Maybe I'm too much of a no-life so I'm over here asking questions only a few hours after the response when I should be patient and wait, however I just want to know as I'm completely in the dark.

2). If my ban was lifted how long will it take before it takes place and I'll be able to play again?

3). My activity rank was demoted from ENVOY to AGENT, is there a way for this to be reverted and to re-gain my ranking back for my daily vote points?

4). The GM said in the response "don't let this happen again" however I'm still clueless as to how it happened in the first place. How can I avoid a ban like this in the future. How can I figure out what triggered the ban? I'd really like information on this.
