Hemorrhage doesn't add combo point.... After the latest server restart it got bugged. I respecced, deleted WTF and Cache folders and it still doesn't work.

Hemorrhage doesn't add combo point.... After the latest server restart it got bugged. I respecced, deleted WTF and Cache folders and it still doesn't work.
I am testing on dummy and it works fine.

Maybe it is an Addon problem which does not show Combo points?
Try to disable all of your addons
