If i put one of my chars to trade system and after i pay the 9 coin fee i am able to get back that 9 coin if i am not able to sell my char?

If i put one of my chars to trade system and after i pay the 9 coin fee i am able to get back that 9 coin if i am not able to sell my char?
You don't have to pay to put your chars up there for sales. The coins will only get deducted after successful sales.
