I have a problem with donating. When I fill in my card details and click on Donate it says "Transaction wasn't completed". I've tried several times and I'm sure that my card details are correct, I often make purchases with it, I also have money in it. The first time that I tried donating it said that I needed some 3-D password, then the next time it didn't even ask for a password, it just said "Transaction wasn't completed". Any ideas why this is happening?
