Couple times i saw raid leaders giving DV to hunter or WFS to paldanis can u report players for such a thing?
Its obvious that DV for is a trinket for paldain/DK not hunter or its normal to let other classes to roll here?

The trinkets are good for any str/agility DPS. If the raid leader doesn't specify what classes can or can't roll on DV/WFS BEFORE raid starts, all appropiate DPS classes can proceed to roll on them.Quote:

I mean you can report anything you want, but it's not against the rules to give it to a hunter because it procs agility, it's good for him. Is it the best? Not even close, but it does proc, it does benefit his damage just not as much as it would for some other classes.
WFS is good for every dps using AP because they all scale nicely with it.
So, to sum it up: there's no rules about allowing only some classes to roll on some items, except maybe marks, but that shouldn't happen, if it does it's probably a mistake, not a ninja.
