Where to learn Penance? I can only see Rank 2

Hello!

I am trying to learn penance but can't find the proper trainer. All trainers i found only offered Rank 2 and beyond. I think I need Rank 1 to learn it.

Similar to Penance, I can see Light Well, Mind Flay and Vampiric Touch only offered at Rank 2.

These are all spells that you have to take in their specific talent tree (penance-discipline, light well-holy, vampiric touch, mind flay-shadow) in order to learn next ranks. That's why they are showed as red (unavailable).
