Title really.
Looking to (re) make a character on here (assuming I can actually log in with the queue XD), but I dont want to be on the side that constantly gets raided in cities, as its too frustrating.
This used to be a big issue in the past, with Horde hitting SW every other day or so, while Ally never hit Org (while I was online at least). Is it still the same, or more balanced now?
So go to a different city lul.

As MaXiMuS54 mentioned above, don't use cities that are prone to being raided. Roll a horde, and use Undercity as your main city. Nobody ever finds the way in, Alliance or Horde.
Ironforge and Thunder Bluff are quite nice places you know.
Haven't played in some time but I'm sure city raids are a very rare occurrence now.
And as you've been told, IF/TB are available and are quite nicer than SW/O
