Hey Warmane my account was hacked 11 months ago i send email to your guys long time ago...i quit playing just because of that because no1 was helping me regarding that matter...i saw IP 88.147.204.136 wich is Russia...i never been there and i never give my Acc or my Password to anyone...can i receive any help to get my items back???

if you bought items with coins you can open a premium ticket and i believe get those back. anything else is lost. it's your responsibility to keep your account details secure.
mate details was secure at all time i didn`t give my acc to no1...the Email was change and i saw russian IP wich its kinda normal for them to hack anything to be ones...point is thats why we have Forum and people who can help from Warmane...

you were careless with your info. whether it was your warmane info or your email info, doesn't matter. your problem, no warmanes.
Just enable 2-step thing, use different passwords for every service you use.
I got "hacked" too a year ago, to this day I have no clue how it was possible, good thing I had 2 step on site - they couldn't log in site, but didn't have in-game, so my gold was cleaned out, and only gold... I mean what kind of thieves don't take all the stuff which was 10x more worth?
