Missing Winter Veil Disguise Kit

Hi Staff,
I have some rather odd problem regarding the Christmas Event. I was absolutely certain that I have a Winter Veil Disguise Kit in my Bank after completing the Snowman quest last year, but it appears to be missing and now I can't re-do the quest to obtain another one.
Would you be so kind as to reset my progress on the Snowman quest or to send me another Disguise Kit? This is the Last Achievement I need for completing What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been and obtaining a Violet Proto-drake.
My character name is Yuvigi (Lordaeron). Hoping for a #ChristmasMiracle! :D

I'm having the same problem and all I kept getting from GM is that they can't do anything about it. I am only missing the winter veil thing to get my title and it kinda sucks I can't get it.

Charname is: Admaris (if you happen to want to do something about it)

Yes I'm having the same issue as you guys do. I'm missing that kit and that's the only item that I need for merrymaker. And I'm getting that same response that they cannot do anything about it.

But I don't know, your best bet is to keep trying.

Is a staff member at least going to respond to this? : /

Have the same problem, sent them a couple of tickets but they always redirect me to a bugtracker eventhough it's not a bug

Yeah well I guess there's no help guys but to actually do it with another character... They told me that I can buy Violet proto drake in store xD

Edit: I got it back! After 2 weeks of waiting I finally got my item back and got merrymaker.

2 weeks of waiting? Was this your first time doing the q and you were just unlucky enough not to get the kit from the mail? Or you had the same problem as the rest of us and somehow you got the item? I want to know, because the last time I spoke to a GM about this (2 weeks ago), I was told that they were working on fixing the quest and that they couldn't reset the q for me/send me the item.

I got the same in-game response.
