Need HELP pls

Hi Gms, good afternoon. I am writing to inform you that I have a problem in the game .. I am supposedly in bone dungeon queues in groups but nothing appears to me as a group and I cannot do anything. Could you help me with my problem. Thank you very much I hope your prompt response atte: Lastuser
