to report players you have to open a ticket in-game (with some pic or video as proof if possible)

I put a ticket more than 2 hours ago and nobody answers, I read that you can send a private message but I don't know the names of the GMs
tickets can take a while to get looked at. they'll get to it when they get to it. you won't get your items/gold back regardless.
if they didn't even see the ticket, nothing will happen, no punishment or anything ???????????????? it's not just me I discovered two more players who were scammed
there is no section like COURTED to report players?
Your ticket will take a few days to be received. If your evidence is sufficient then they'll ban the player but they don't return items.
Once they see the ticket, and investigate it, you will get response regarding the course of action.Quote:

For action to be taken, there needs to be solid evidence. Screenshots/video are good evidences, words aren't.
In-game tickets takes a day usually, rarely more than that. There are 100's of tickets and only few persons dealing with them.
