Hi all. There is a problem with Seal of Command. Why Seal of Command hits nearly targets by autoattack, but doesn't damage by judgement? I asked about that in chat and all paladins said that it works for them...
The melee portion of Seal of Command will not apply to the use of the Judgement ability unless you have the Judgements of the Just talent, and even then, it does not cleave. This is working as intended.
