Characters without icc reputation rings

Good evening, I bought this monstruito sorcerer at the character auction and he has the reputation of "The Vehenic Ashen" exalted, but the NPC doesn't give me any ring and I don't have it in any of my bags or in the bank and I have 2 characters More characters with the same problem.
